Guild Education
Guild is an educational platform creating access to tuition-free education opportunities, career mobility, and financial freedom, through flexible online courses with high-quality learning institutions. The program allows associates to obtain GED, Associate/Bachelor’s and/or Graduate degrees and certifications. You can review available programs here.
You are eligible if you are a U.S. based core associate who has 90 days of continuous service and works in a Bath & Body Works store or distribution center. Find eligible job titles in the education benefits policy. To enroll and learn more, visit bbw.guildeducation.com.

Dream Brightly Scholarship
In partnership with the Columbus Foundation, Bath & Body Works will provide 20 scholarships of $5,000 each, annually, to current U.S. full-time or core part-time associates and/or their dependents or spouses to attend a post secondary educational opportunity of their choice. Otterbein Advantage Scholarship
Otterbein University and Bath & Body Works are proud to offer a special educational benefit – the advantage of a private university education at public school prices.
Associates, spouses/domestic partners and dependent children are able to take advantage of this transformative educational opportunity to work toward a degree at Otterbein University in Columbus, OH, through the Advantage Scholarship with discounted tuition.
Tuition Reimbursement
Bath & Body Works supports the education of our associates to help them develop their careers. If you’ve had at least one year of consecutive full-time service, you are eligible for 100% of eligible education reimbursement up to $3,000 per calendar year for work-related undergraduate, graduate or GED course work.
Wellness Center at DC 3
The Wellness Center was designed with you in mind! We opened the Bath & Body Works Wellness Center at DC 3 to make caring for your health easy, affordable, and convenient. It is staffed by dedicated healthcare experts and offers a personal experience leading to better care.
Enrollment in the Bath & Body Works medical plan is not required to visit the Wellness Center! For associates not covered under our plan, it’s $25 per primary or urgent care visit, or $15 for physical therapy. The Wellness Center provides a full-service Pharmacy for both your and your dependents’ prescriptions. You can also purchase over-the-counter medications at a great price. If you don’t work at DC 3 or not feeling well enough to pick up your prescriptions in person, we can mail them to you*. We told you it’s convenient! Learn more about mailing prescriptions here.
Ensure BBW Pharmacy is listed as your primary pharmacy with all your doctors. Call the pharmacy at 380.529.4024 if you have any questions or to transfer your current prescriptions.

We want to empower you to have more control over your finances and we recognize there are times when you need flexibility with your pay. Offering access to your earned wages ahead of payday enables you to manage financial obligations and unexpected emergencies that can happen as a part of daily life.
In addition to giving you flexibility with your pay, DailyPay also provides you with valuable tools and resources to help you meet your financial goals to plan for your future.
Eligible associates include all distribution center associates that are non exempt and associates in the stores that are at the manager level and below.
