One way we honor this commitment is by partnering with American Worker to introduce a part-time benefits program to provide you and your family necessary protection. The programs include medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance benefits. In addition to coverage for you, you can cover your eligible dependents under the medical, dental and vision plans.

Here’s an overview of the benefits available for 2025 and the premium costs. Learn more in the Enrollment Guide.

• Medical. You have two medical plan options to choose from: Standard and Premium. Both provide limited coverage and access to a national Preferred Provider Organization network. Under each option, you have fixed reimbursement amounts for care, limited prescription drug coverage and telemedicine with free consultations.
• Dental. The dental plan pays up to $1,000 per year with a $50 deductible per visit.
• Vision. The vision plan through VSP covers eye exams and corrective eyewear.
• Short-Term Disability. Provides you financial protection if you become sick or injured and cannot work. You can enroll for coverage that pays $150 per week for up to 26 weeks.
• Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. Provides financial protection for your loved ones if you die. You can enroll for $10,000 of coverage.

These new benefits are in addition to the Employee Assistance Program and Care.com, which part-time associates already have access to.
