Bath & Body Works wants to be sure you’re financially well, which is why we offer several financial programs to help ensure financial security today and tomorrow.

Associates for Associates, which provides immediate financial assistance for qualifying expenses. Learn more about this program here.

401(k) Plan, which allows you to take a hardship withdrawal if you have a financial hardship; however, we encourage you to use the 401(k) Plan to save for your retirement. And make sure to check out if you qualify for funds through the Associates for Associates program first.

We also offer additional programs to help you manage your finances. The Group Legal Plan and Employee Assistance Program offer financial resources, which provide access to experts who can provide financial guidance on a range of issues such as:

  • Getting out of debt
  • Estate Planning
