Bath & Body Works has partnered with Daily Pay to offer eligible associates an opt-in, app based service, which enables you to access a portion of your earned wages before your scheduled pay day. Eligible associates include all distribution center associates that are non-exempt and associates in the stores that are at the manager level and below. We understand that sometimes you need flexibility with your pay, so you can receive it ahead of schedule to cover unexpected expenses you may have. By providing you access to your earned wages before pay day, you can take care of financial events and emergencies that can happen as part of life. This benefit empowers you to have more control over your personal finances without the added stress of incurring late or overdraft fees or the cyclical and expensive costs of quick or payday loans. DailyPay also provides you tools and resources to help you meet your financial goals.

  • As you work during the week, you will build an Available Balance based on total hours worked.
  • DailyPay is connected to the Bath & Body Works timekeeping system and receives automated reports of your hours worked.
  • Your available balance approximates earnings based on the hours you worked, excluding overtime, bonuses, reimbursements, differentials (temporary premium or upgrade pay), commissions and withholdings (taxes, garnishments, etc.).
  • Any earnings not available for transfer ahead of payday, will be included in Remainder Pay, which will be sent to you free of charge on payday.
  • In other words, your Available Balance is money you have already earned. You will have access to any amount up to, and including, the Available Balance shown in your DailyPay account.

  • Once you make a transfer, your direct deposit will change to the DailyPay Account and you will be paid by DailyPay, unless you decide to cancel.
  • Any updates or changes to your direct deposit information must be done within DailyPay or there could be a delay in your pay.
  • Your direct leader and HR Department will not have visibility to your account in DailyPay. Once active in DailyPay, questions about your balance and/or direct deposit accounts will need to go to DailyPay.

Similar to an ATM, you only pay a fee when you make a transfer. Fees are as follows:
