As of January 1, 2024, Bath & Body Works is pleased to introduce a new short-term disability plan that provides you financial protection if you become sick or injured and cannot work. With the new program, you’ll have:
- Higher compensation when receiving disability benefits.
- Access to support to get back at work in the healthiest way.
- A simpler process: No need to go through Employment Insurance if you’re unwell.
- A case manager to help you get well and have a safe return to work.

How Long It Lasts | • Up to 16 weeks (including your first 7 sick days), or until you recover, whichever is first | ||
Taxes and Deductions | • This benefit is provided as a continuation of salary, so any payments from this plan will be taxable and subject to payroll deductions | ||
What To Do | • If you are sick or injured, contact HR Direct to initiate the process with Acclaim Ability Management (Acclaim) • Acclaim will contact you for next steps and provide support for a healthy return to work |
